Naimur Rahman

Naimur Rahman is the Head of Compliance Products at Sardine, where he leads product strategy for the company’s compliance solutions. He brings more than 15 years of experience building fintech products in payments, core banking, and risk management.

Before joining Sardine, Naimur spent four years at Dave, where he built and led risk and member success product teams. Earlier in his career, he held product management roles at FloQast and Moody’s Analytics, where he managed cross-functional teams, transitioned enterprise systems to the cloud, and delivered products that improved security, compliance, and revenue growth.

Naimur specializes in turning data into actionable insight, leading cross-functional execution, and building compliance and risk products that support both scale and resilience in financial services.
