Case Management Updates

Manual Case Creation: You can now create Cases manually through our Case Management section, with or without links to Customer, Transaction or Review entities in our system. Creating a case manually from a Customer detail view will now create and link the customer to a new case.

Case Comments: You can now create collaborative comments on Cases that include markdown, rich text, images and file attachment support. Our new comments composer was designed ground up to make it easier to collaborate on investigative cases. 

Activity Reporting Updates

Case to Activity Report Escalation: You can now escalate Cases to Activity Reports, allowing you to streamline the process of linking Case suspects (customers) and transactions with activity report types such as UARs and SARs. Escalating a Case to an Activity Report creates a link between the case and the Activity Report, allowing future continuity updates on the investigation to be recommended for reporting. Both Cases and Activity Reports are controlled by granular access controls, enabling information controls. 

Document Templating: We now support the ability to create Activity Reports out of any document type using our dynamic template engine. You can use our custom templating library to map any Customer, Transaction, Review or Case metadata directly into the form, our system will handle the mapping and document generation. Our templating engine even supports mapping dynamic fields such as checkboxes, selectors and text fields.

Narrative Composer: You can now create collaborative Narratives within Activity Reports that are mapped to text fields that include markdown, rich text, images, and file attachments.

Review Queues Updates

Customer Queue Type: You can now create Customer type Review Queues, which allow unresolved reviews to be grouped by unique Customer entities. This allows customers who want to prevent an abundance of unresolved alerts decision on a Customer-level, rather than a Session level. 

Device Queue Type: You can now create Device type Review Queues, which allow unresolved reviews to be grouped by unique Device entities. This allows devices who want to prevent an abundance of unresolved alerts decision on a Device-level, rather than a Session level. 

Queue Widget Enhancements: With new queue types (eg. Customer and Device), we've rolled out a new Queue widget. Key improvements include:

  • Surface all unresolved reviews on an entity detail page (eg. Customer detail or Device detail) across all Review Queues.
  • Allow individual or batch assignment on unresolved reviews
  • Allow individual or batch decisioning on unresolved reviews

Business Verification Updates

Business Comments: You can now create collaborative comments on Cases that include markdown, rich text, images and file attachment support. Our new comments composer was designed ground up to make it easier to collaborate and streamline business onboarding.

Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Screening: You can now perform combined Business and Consumer onboarding, allowing for Ultimate Beneficial Owner screening and monitoring. By linking Customer and Business entities, we’re also able to surface the linked entities in our dashboard for investigative processes.

Investigation Updates

Device Risk Charts: We have added a device risk histogram chart to the Device Intelligence Page to better assist investigators in identifying periods with high frequency of suspicious device activity. Using this information, they can hone into and isolate the investigation of most relevant accounts. 

SSN Widget Enhancements: Our improved SSN widget for eKYC screening includes updates that enhances accessibility and readability given it is a critical factor in review and case investigations. With the improved widget, the most relevant features are now exposed at the very top, with an accordion drop down exposing more granular SSN features that are specific to our geo-specific enrichment providers.

Crypto Widget Enhancements: Our improved crypto wallet screening and new transaction monitoring widgets include updates that enhance how information is presented to analysts, making it easier to surface screening across multiple vendors. With the addition of our crypto transaction screening service, we now include a dedicated widget to surface crypto transactions, their associated transaction hashes, and risk levels. We've worked closely with leading blockchain compliance and data exploration solutions to surface the most relevant data at the point of investigation.
