Chandni Raja

Chandni Raja is the Head of Talent and People at Sardine, where she leads global talent acquisition, people operations, and culture. Since joining in 2021, she has helped scale the company by building a remote-first, mission-driven team that supports Sardine’s work at the intersection of fraud, compliance, and financial technology.

Chandni brings more than a decade of experience in human capital leadership, spanning fintech, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure. Before Sardine, she served as Head of Human Capital at Liquidity Digital, where she helped the NYC-based fintech scale through a remote-first model, and founded HumanVedaa HR Solutions, a people-centric HR consulting firm supporting global technology clients. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Infostretch, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Cargo Motors.

Chandni holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Gujarat Technological University.
