Lisa Durnford is Head of AML Compliance Solutions at Sardine. She works across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to ensure that prospects & clients are excited about Sardine's compliance platform.

Lisa is based in Toronto, Canada and joined Sardine in August 2025. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Previous companies include: Synctera, a banking-as-a-service infrastructure provider; Wealthsimple, a large fintech & investment bank in Canada with over $150 Billion in AUA; and Bank of Montreal's Global Capital Markets group.
