Eduardo Lopez is the Head of Marketing at Sardine, where he helps lead go-to-market strategy for the company’s AI Risk Platform for fraud and compliance. He brings more than a decade of experience helping fintech companies scale in highly regulated markets, building go-to-market engines that turned early-stage products into scaled businesses across issuer processing, Banking-as-a-Service, ecommerce, and B2B payments.
Before Sardine, Eduardo led marketing at Lithic, Treasury Prime, FastSpring, and Paystand. Beyond leading GTM, he partnered with product and compliance teams to build new card issuing and regulatory offerings, gaining firsthand experience with the same challenges risk leaders face today.
Throughout his career, he's created widely used resources in financial services, including the Fintech Layer Cake podcast, Lithic’s legal and compliance library, and the Fintech Explainers newsletter. In 2022, Eduardo was recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Product Marketers by the Product Marketing Alliance.
